2. Our Games

Our games are mobile puzzle and training apps. Most games work offline and do not require an account. Features, content, and availability may vary by app and platform. We may update games with bug fixes, balance changes, or new content.

3. In-App Purchases

Some games offer optional one-time in-app purchases (for example, premium explanation unlocks). Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds follow the platform's policies. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits
• Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with app operation
• Use our games or website for unlawful purposes
• Redistribute our apps, assets, or puzzle content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Our games, visuals, audio, puzzle content, trademarks, and software are owned by Alkas LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps for your own entertainment or learning.

6. Disclaimers

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Training and puzzle apps are for practice and entertainment — they are not official IQ, aptitude, or hiring assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alkas LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our games or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 10 if you paid nothing.

8. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our site privacy policy and each game's privacy policy. By using our services you acknowledge those policies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in-app or on our website where practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
