Sudoku Rogue · Last updated: March 2026

Short version: Sudoku Rogue does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.

1. Who We Are

Sudoku Rogue is published by Alkas LLC ("we", "us", "our") under the Axiologic brand. Axiologic is our consumer brand for mobile games.

For privacy questions, contact us at the email listed at the end of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. Sudoku Rogue does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The app saves the following data locally on your device only using Android's standard local storage:

  • Your current game state (puzzle board, progress)
  • Your current rogue run state (floor, lives, score, rewards)
  • Game statistics (puzzles played, best scores, hints used)
  • Settings preferences (theme, sound, haptics)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Analytics

The app includes an analytics stub that logs events (such as "puzzle started" or "run failed") to your device console for development purposes only. No analytics data is transmitted to any external service.

5. Third-Party Services

Sudoku Rogue does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, social SDKs, or tracking libraries. There are no ads in this app.

The app may optionally fetch a cross-promotion configuration from games.axiologic.online after puzzle completion. This request is used only to decide whether to show Axiologic game promotions and does not include personal data.

6. Children's Privacy

Because we collect no data whatsoever, Sudoku Rogue is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy (for example, when adding optional features in future versions), we will update the "Last updated" date above and note what changed. We will not retroactively apply new data practices to existing users without clear notice.
